With the recent talk that CJ Stroud is set to slip, potentially below these two, formally consensus 3 and 4 QB's could go first in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Second, Anthony Richardson, was one of the most highly-regarded quarterback recruits in the country, as seen on the Netflix series "QB1: Beyond the Lights". In 2020, he played in four games as a backup and threw for 27 yards, one touchdown, and one interception while rushing for 61 yards. The following year, he appeared in eight games with one start, completing 38 of 64 passes for 529 yards, six touchdowns, and five interceptions, while also rushing for three touchdowns and 401 yards. Richardson shared playing time with Emory Jones, who transferred to Arizona State after the season. In 2022, he became the starting quarterback, passing for 2,549 yards, 17 touchdowns, and nine interceptions with a completion rate of 53.8% in 12 games. He also ran for nine touchdowns and 654 yards on 103 carries (6.3 yards per carry). Richardson opted out of the Las Vegas Bowl.

Raiders Think Richardson is there next Franchise QB?
Overall, both QB's have strong arms. But Richardson is perceived as the more athletic QB. Teams looking for the next Josh Allen or Patrick Mahommes will want to go with Richardson. Levis was a more accurate passer, but wasn't great under pressure, and is capable for making some really bad decisions. Not that Richardson is not capable of big mistakes, because he had his fair share of interceptions and poor throws when pressured, but he looks to be so much more athletic QB that can make plays with his feet when hes in trouble. Levis is perceived to have the higher floor, more polished player because his accuracy and anticipation. Colts could be looking to make a move at QB, and could surprise, passing on CJ Stroud and going for the high ceiling Richardson. Raiders are QB needy team picking at 7, that could see both these players and CJ Stroud still on the board, Levis certainly fits the Josh McDaniels/Jimmy Garoppolo mold. Ultimately, neither of these QB's feel worth of the top ten, but its a QB needy league. It is believed Richardson is the obvious pick with far more upside, even though he will require a full year of the bench before being ready to start in the NFL, where as Levis is more pro-ready
